In questo studio SAP Consumer Propensity, abbiamo intervistato 1000 consumatori italiani sul loro comportamento di acquisto, sondando le ragioni che li spingono ad acquistare online, così come quelle che li inducono ad abbandonare il carrello. Gli italiani sono attivi in tutte le categorie di acquisto, tuttavia quelle dei viaggi e della moda sono le predilette, con in media 8 italiani su 10 che e ettuano acquisti online.
